2. How do I place an order? You can place an order by contacting us directly through WhatsApp or a phone call. Our team will guide you through the design selection and customization process.
3. What happens after I place an order? Once you place an order, our team will confirm all the details with you via WhatsApp or a phone call. We will then proceed with printing.
4. Can I customize a design on demand? This option is not available at the moment, but we plan to add it to our services soon.
5. What kind of paper is used? We use a high-quality 300gsm cold-pressed paper that is imported from abroad to ensure the best possible finish for your Nikkah Namah.
6. Are the designs hand-painted? No, our designs are printed, but we use a very high-quality printing process to ensure they look as vibrant and detailed as a hand-painted piece.
7. What is the shipping cost? We have a flat shipping rate of 600 RS on all orders. This rate covers the cost of using a larger, more secure box to ensure the safety of your Nikkah Namah during transit.
8. How long will it take to receive my order? After your order is confirmed, it will typically be shipped within 5-8 days. Please note that in the case of a country-wide emergency, this timeframe may vary.
9. Can I cancel my order? As per Sharia law, you have the right to cancel your order at any point before it is officially confirmed. Once the order is confirmed and sent for printing, it cannot be canceled, and any advance payment made is non-refundable.
10. Do you accept returns? We do not accept returns. The only exception is if the mistake is from our end (e.g., incorrect design or a spelling error). In that case, we take full responsibility and will rectify the issue.
11. What if my Nikkah Namah arrives damaged? We use the best available packaging and courier services to ensure the safety of your order. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit, including those caused by a natural disaster or other unforeseen mishap.
